Data processing is required according to Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR for the stated purposes and for the mutual fulfillment of obligations arising from the tenancy. The tenant's personal data will be regularly stored until the end of the statutory three-year limitation period (Section 195 of the German Civil Code) and deleted upon expiry of this period. If I/we are obliged to store the data for a longer period according to Art. 6 (1) (c) GDPR due to retention and documentation obligations under tax and commercial law (from the German Commercial Code, the German Criminal Code or the German Fiscal Code) or if you have consented to longer storage according to Art. 6 (1) (a)
